A Traditional, Kindergarten through Twelfth Grade School in El Sobrante, CA
VICTORIA’S STORY
Victoria Sutton graduated on May 16 from Bethel’s kindergarten class, whose combined SAT scores were in the top 3% of the country. Little Victoria is not expecting to write her own book right now, nor is she ready to enter life on her own. However after graduating from kindergarten, she is more than ready to face the next twelve years of school. She received a nearly perfect SAT score in reading, the subject in which the class scored 98%. The class received their lowest mark in math—only 95%.
The kindergarten teacher, Mrs. Smith, remarked concerning her class, “They can read like a whiz! They actually enjoyed school, particularly the Bible stories; and at the end of the day, they actually wanted to stay!”
David Sutton, Victoria’s father, attributed her success to many things. He said, “She excelled in reading because of discipline and much practice at home. Also, her positive attitude toward reading helped her. Mrs. Smith does great with the children, and it’s a good curriculum. But overall, it’s just going God’s way.
Bethel gets you started as well as you can as a student.
